I am thinking of starting a trucking company. What do I need to offer to make drivers want to work for me?
I know there are a ton of huge companies looking for drivers. What would I need to offer drivers to keep a small fleet of 5 to 10 trucks running regional. What I want is for drivers to want to work for me. That way I can avoid the high turnover that plauges the industry. I am not trying to get rich, just provitable.
