What you think about the Caretaker Government in Bangladesh?

The Caretaker Government of Bangladesh is a goverment that takes the power after a ruling government finish its five years. Then the Nutral Caretaker Goverment rules the nations for 3 months to place a fare election for all the parties in Bangladesh. No other counties have adopted any such govermnet in history. Only Bangladesh has it. Do you think its a good idea to have a caretaker goverment in every country to have a fare election chances? I forgot to add this --- The military did not step in and took the power. It is actually helping the current government to accomplish its goal.. which is abolish corruption.
