Good Destination for a stressed Mother to getaway alone?

I need a vacation from my job, my husband, and my kids. Just a few days or a week should do it. I am so stressed out right now and my family isn't make things better. What's a good place I can go on vacation alone? I'm looking for a place I can relax, wind down. I don't want a family place like DisneyWorld. Any suggestions? PS. I have a bad back so hiking (as someone suggested) is out.

Find a nice resort/hotel with a spa, get a massage, have a manicure/pedicure, take a mud bath, swim, just pamper yourself, maybe take a friend.
