Meal plans for a busy lifestyle?
I am constantly running around during the day and that has led me to make horrible meal choices. Usually in the morning I would grab a slim fast bar or sometimes a poptart and for lunch i ran through a drive thru to get something quick and easy. I am bound and determined to be done with the fast food for good, but then that requires me preparing something ahead of time. What are some very quick and easy meal plans that don't require a lot of time?

Fast food sets off endorphins in your body and makes you crave it more when you eat it. I made the decision oneday to just stop eating it. I have become happier, skinnier, healthier and best... More

you can grab some fruit, nectarines are really good, and for the price of a burger, you can get a few kilos worth, or get some yogurt, and drizzle on some oats, and dried fruit, these actually take less time than a fatty fast food meal being prepared, and its better for you

I too understand about eating on the go when entertaining a busy lifestyle. We have three children and eat out alot as well as at home too. I have found that you can eat healthy on the go but, you have just got to know your choices. Instead of a burger opt for a grilled chicken sandwhich or a wrap. Instead of a poptart... More

I like big salads... I buy the bagged lettuce, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, any pre-chopped veggies for that matter, cubed/shredded cheese for the basic part of the salad. For the meat/protein, I use the little tuna cans, imitation crab, shrimp, or any deli style meat in cube form. (You can either buy it pre-cut or... More
