What is the best place to live in Tampa or Orlando?

We currently live in Miami and are very tired of the place...we were born and raised here and it's time for a change. I'm looking for an area that has good schools and good jobs. I can't decide if I should look in Tampa or Orlando. If someone could please shed some light I would appreciate it. If you can please suggest some of the surrounding areas to look into. THNX!!!
