Can I get some help with job description?
I am a Commerce Graduate. I am working as a Technical Support Engineer in an IT company. I have 32 clients for which I resolve their issues related to the HRMS software.Clients report software related issues for which we have to co-ordinate with QA, Development, Sales and Definition Team, however I got this job since I was a Customer Service Representative with AOL (ISP-BPO). I want to have a job where I have some clients reporting issues with software related to banking and finance, so that I can use my Technical, Managing Clients and Comerce skills. I understand BASIC banking, basic computers. I want to know what profile/designation should I search for ?

You might want to use this US Dept of Labor supported website. http://online.onetcenter.org/find/ How to use: First, find your job family description. There will be a pull down box for selecting. You'll find extensive job descriptions and data on US salaries. Highly recommended. Robert Resume Crazy

Try Analyst or Systems Engineer positions... These typically are more managerial and technical liason roles.
