What are some medical/healthcare related jobs that do not require a degree but have higher salaries?

Is there a job in the Medical field that a person can get into that does not require special training or degree. I'm looking to transition from having managment and mortgage industry experience. This is do to the growth and stability of Health Care Industry in Arizona.

sales is the only option for a high salary and no degree. you must be self-driven however and present a certain image to get the good jobs. I think that they like the preppy types.

Medical billing pays pretty well--it's just data entry. The key is to not work for a private doctor--look for a job in a hospital or billing company.

A new wave in cosmetic surgery is the Med-spa. They hire skin care specialists / massage therapists. Both require licensing but not a degree and pay great!
