Can someone give me some advice about my boss?

I'm ready to choke her. I'll try to explain it as painlessly as possible. It is VERY clear that she doesn't like me, and I'm okay with that. I have worked with people I don't like before, and I handled it fine. The feeling is mutual. She doesn't care for me, and I don't care for her. Simple. I got hired to manage the warranty department here. I (at first) handled order entry errors, warranties, and production errors. A little less than a month later, I was told that I had to handle freight claims. A little less than a month from then, I was told that I was to manage returns, too. Within a month from THEN, I was told that I have to handle reconsignments with the freight companies. Less than a month from THEN, I was told that I have to handle customer service, too. I'm being asked to lift heavy boxes, too... WTF IS my job description, anyways? I know that some of you are going to say "just quit", but that's where it gets MORE complicated. I'm 34 weeks pregnant I forgot to mention that I was thrown customer service calls since my last raise. It's been almost a year, and I think that she's going to skip over me for a raise this year (ten to one says that she does reviews when I'm on maternity leave). Wait. There's more. I'm expected to put all of HER crap that she hands me at the front of the line, but when I ask HER a question, I sometimes don't get an answer for weeks if I get one at all. Any time one of MY p****d off customers calls her, it's automatically MY fault because I can't get answers soon enough. She yelled at me today (as well as every OTHER day that she's not totally ignoring my existence) because something that I got in just this MORNING was not done, yet, while she was jacking around on the internet right after she got on my a**.

I probably don't much to offer on this one. Is your boss the one that's in charge of everything? Is there someone over her at all? If there is, maybe you could go over her head and explain the situation. This sounds a lot like what was happening to my husband. My husband was promoted to group leader at the place he... More

My first thought is, was she doing this before you were pregnant? If not maybe she is pressuring you to quit since you are pregnant... More
