Been offered a job as a trainee recruitment consultant however i have no experience in this field, i have been advised that as someone has left a desk of around 10 clients has been left to maintain and increase as such is this a good thing and im i silly to pass this oportunity up?? I currently work in customer services and deal with the escalation side of things and this is a major comany so as secure a job you can get have been here 7 years so scared to give up a very good wage to take something i might not suceed at?
