A lot would depend on the context, but usually when I've heard that topic, it's with regard to the aging "baby boomers" - how healthcare and eldercare services will need to employ more people just to handle the increase in patients.

I think there are jobs out there but anymore, most require a baccaulareate degree or better. Sometimes I think ones better off finding a trade or vocational school that helps with job placement since alot of employers call those schools for graduates to fill positions.
