Take the herbs Blessed Thistle and Fenugreek. Pump more often than you are (many shorter sessions instead of fewer long sessions) and drink LOTS of water. If you REALLy want to crank up your supply try this on a weekend. Pump many times during the day on Sat. then set your alarm and get up 3 times in the night. Just... More

when you pump make sure you are getting all of the milk out, when you pump it all out your body will start to think it has to make more because the baby is still hungry, pump every 3 to 4 hours just like a newborn would eat. your should start to see a difference in the amount you increase. been reading books about it... nurse your child more. The more they latch on the more your milk will be. So I also guess you should pump more often. But pumping doesn't get all the milk out so use your child to get milk out so new milk is made in you. Also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink 8 glasses of water a day. not juice or soda... Well obviously the best thing is to get the baby back to b****t, if they are under 4 months this has a very high chance of success. Even two nursing sessions a day will make a huge impact on your supply... More

I had a problem producing enough milk though pumping also. My OB doctor gave me some medicine to increase my milk supply. I'm not sure what it is called but I would call your doctor and ask about it.

only if ur baby doesnt take all ur milk, u can pump it out to reveal ur b****t pain. Whenever ur baby sucks ur b****t, more and more milk will develop in ur breasts. U can also take lot of juices and fruits. I guess orange juice is more effective. U can also drink lot of cow milk.
