What do I need to do to get a job in Marketing?

I've a degree from a very good London Uni in Business Studies, I've run my own company for the last 4 years in which I designed, marketed and sold a number of industry-leading products. I have good PC / web skills. I'm looking for a marketing job in London & can't get even get an interview! I know I've not taken the "Normal" route to employment by starting my own business, but surely an employment agency/company can see the benefit of my experience? I'm fairly charismatic and have a very good knowledge / experience of marketing. What can I do to get an interview? Thank you Rich

Go to college to get at least a 6-year degree in Marketing. Nothing less will do these days.
