When I become a Principal, What things I should never forget from being a teacher?

I often hear that School Principals forget that they were once a teacher. What are those things that you often feel or think that they forget? I am getting ready to become one, I want to keep a list of things that I should never forget... I dont have any problems with remembering when I was a teen or a child..That part of the job I know Ill do well, MY students will be happy and successful, I am more concern about my teachers, It is very hard to please all the teachers of a school, I do not know many schools that have all the teachers happy with their principals, there is always one or two or 10 that are not happy, and that is what I want to learn, to become a good leader for my teachers.
