I am an indian ,working in IT, i want to find a Job in Europe in my field,how can i go about this?

I am a software engineer , with 4 years of experience in Java, J2EE software development. I was wondering if I could find a job in Europe in my field. I would like to know whats the process for this. Thanks, Rohit To be precise I am looking to countries like UK, Germany, Belgium , Denmark etc. , What other skills besides IT , will I require besides IT skills.

The differences per country in Europe are large. When you can give country examples, the feedback you'll receive will be more specific info. Most recruiters work in one to a few countries.
