I'm desperately seeking a "legitimate, non fee-based" work at home job. Does anyone know where 2 look?

I don't want a home-based business, but a legitimate job. I'm also not looking for any online employment sites that you have to pay to join. (Been there, done that.) If anyone could provide any feedback, I'd greatly appreciate it.
