What is the average starting salary for Account Executives in Advertising in mid-level markets?
I am in a mid-level advertising market with a population of 300,000 people and would like to know the average starting salary of an Account Executive at a one of the top Advertising firms in the area. I do have over 9 years experience with marketing and have my MBA. What salary range should I expect?

I would guess in the mid 40's. It will also depend on how many new accounts you bring in so you should expect to make bonus on those. So, if you bring in a ton of new business, the sky is the limit. Good luck.
