where do i find free dirt for landscaping?

I live in the bay area and my local boys and girls club are trying 2 re-build a base ball field. I need to find someone to deliver it to an El Sobrante school so that the club can be on their way. I looked on craigs list and people will only deliver within a close distance to their own projects. So if any one knows of any bay area no-profit companys that will deliver some free dirt please let me know......Thanks

They usually have some unwanted dirt that has to go somewhere and you can usually get them to deliver it for free just toget... More
