How can I break into a career?
I want a job in Admin or Human Resources but with a High School Diploma as my only form of education and job advancement up to a higher position. I am willing to do little to no college (1-2 years max) and I need customer service backg. what is the best jobs for that? Please anyone that has done this before and has good advice please help!

I would recommed the financial services industry, where much of your training is gained on the job, you can start as an HR Associate, HR Consultant, HR Analyst, then HR Recruiter, there are many opportunities for career advancement.
