How to search for criminal justice jobs?

My brother is a recent criminal justice graduate, and is having difficulty finding criminal justice jobs to apply to. He lives in NJ. Is there anybody that would know how to apply for jobs in the court system? did not have enough hits. Any websites or tips on how to land a criminal justice job would be helpful. Thank you!
