What is a useful personalized gift for a new elementary school teacher?

My mother -in-law is just graduated with a degree in Special Education, and is preparing for a new job at a local elementary school. (examples: Stationary that says from the desk of Theresa, a custom rubber stamp, etc) Thanks in advance!
