Where should I be careeer wise in 10 years?
Im 20 Years old working for an IT company which is currently developing content and workflo management solutions. We dont confine ourself to one area though. Its physically a small company of under 50 people. However, we have some of the biggest clients in europe! My job position is "IT CONSULTANT" The company will be sending me to alot of courses to do with FileNET, Oracle and SQL. I currently earn 27,000 Euro per year. What I want to know is, where should I expect to be in 10 years time as far as job title and salary go if I make the most of my opportunities?
