What is the best solution to finding an entry level job, after completing college, without internships?

I got out of college, 1 yr ago with a degree in information Systems. I am more like a business analyst to speak of my skills. However, i have never been on internship and feel that i need an entry level job, even voluntary would do, in a company that has growth opportunities and also a program to train me. Or do i have to go back to college again. I am currently working and earning good enough, however HR is not what im interested in. I want to be a business analyst, for which i have my degree but no job foundation. Can anyone help me with this. I'm struggling to get started.
