What are the chances of landing a job as an animator/designer in Asian countries like Taiwan, Korea and Japan?

I'm more particularly interested towards character animation, web/interface/game designer, and motion graphics. Its more towards; what preparations I need to know and get it ready to heighten the chances of being hired at those mentioned countries? It would be helpful if anyone would know the demand level, and umemployment factor of such industry in those countries.

for japan and korea, i think there are a lot of natives there who are in web designing and animations since japan is a large producer of anime and manga, the only think you should care is how to speak their own language especially when you are going in these 3 countries in asia. taiwan needs factory workers and... In Japan, there are two chances. Fat and none. You'd need to read, write, and speak as well as a native born Japanese to even be considered. And then you'd have to have above average skills. The other two countries you'd still have to have native language skills.
