is there a job where you dont need a degree in the medical field?

i mean i dont want a doctor job or med.asst. i want more on the computer side of things. like billing or appointment setting or filing health insur. type of job. something where im not dealing with poeple and their health but after or before the doc or cna sees them or not even in a doc. office. if you have to have training, whats out there and the names of some of these job titles to look up for training? thanks for the help. i just dont know where to start.

usually hospitals in the area will post in their bulletin board jobs that are available. Billing clerks, insurance registration analyst and admitting clerks should be posted. Good luck.
