I'm leary of those work from home and make money ads, but I know people do work from home. Who can I trust?

I'm looking for either a job close to my home, or I could work from home on a salary doing data entry or word processing, etc. I have over 20 years of office experience in many fields such as healthcare, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits and real estate. Any advice from anyone who works from home, how did you get started? I would be willing to take classes in medical transcription, etc if they are worth it. I need to earn at least $38,000 a year... thanks!

You can work from home as a transcriptionist and do general transcription to begin with whilst you are undertaking your medical transcription classes. I am a virtual assistant (independent contractor and work from home doing transcription). You can certainly earn the money you are looking at. You can also diversify... More
