How do i start with a writing career at this age?

I'm only fifteen years old, and i'm fond of writing. I'm from the Philippines. I once emailed a publisher if he could publish my creation, but he insisted that i should begin by writing for a magazine and that sort of stuff, but the problem is, there are very few magazines, newspapers in Philippines that allow minors to write for them. Do you know any Philippine magazines or newspapers that i can apply a job for?

You can use the internet to contact youth magazines around the world. The US has many youth magazines that you could submit to. They don't actually 'hire' many people to write for them but some do accept and buy articles for publication.
