Why do you think you should be hired for the job?

Why do you think you should be hired for the job? What significant contribution will you make? I hate these questions and can never answer them correctly, stupid right? Anyway, I'm applying to school counseling jobs and trying to get ready for the big interview. Does anyone have suggestions on how to answer these questions correctly? Help, please.
