Where Can I Find Hard Working & Successful US Marketing Reps?

I have marketing reps that work for me that are based outside of the US and now I am looking for more US based reps. Our foreign reps have been working for over 6 years and have been very successful. However, when I post ads on US job websites, in which we pay a great deal of money for, we get responses from people that want to work from home - but aren't the type of people that really should be. Or they say they are looking for work and when we tell them that because we are a legitimate company, they have to work hard, they become uninterested. We have posted on Monster, Tjobs, HotJobs, and more. We are simply looking for reps to find clients and we give them 20% of whatever the client pays. It is work - but simple work. We are located in Illinois and are a successful website, printing, and technology company. In the US we know many, many people that are looking for work, and I am simply trying to help as many people as we can. Any thoughts?
