How do you present a resume with no qualifications?

My friend is wanting a job as a bank teller, but she hasn't been in the workplace for some time (stay-at-home mom). She has previously worked at a veterinary office, and as a town clerk (in bookkeeping). She's not sure how to go about mentioning these jobs in the resume. Could you please help us out? Thanks!
