How do I become a music supervisor in the movie industry?

I believe they are the ones who help choose the most appropriate songs for the movie/soundtrack. I have a bachelor's degree in journalism/advertising/marketing. would i have to go back to school for a degree in music? or whom (positions/titles) would i have to get in touch with to learn more and break into this industry? I have a knack for music in terms of finding what's appropriate for different moments, emotions, etc., but I know that's not enough. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
