I am a 37 year old new MBA grad with 8+ yrs in a clinical lab how do I find my first MBA job?

I am a single mom with 2 kids and I work for the US Army in a clinical laboratory. I have just graduated from college with an MBA but I am not sure how to find my first job in a new career field. I am an evening shift supervisor at my job but honestly I do not have any upper level management experience. I have applied for some government intern jobs but I am not ex-military so and they have preference for these jobs. It seems that there should be somewhere where my healthcare experience would give me an edge but I am not really sure where to begin. I am not limiting my search to healthcare though I am really just interested in finding a position that will offer me some management experience. Being a single mom though, I can’t really just volunteer or take an unpaid internship since I am the only support for my kids. Any suggestions would be great!

If you have done an MBA and don't know what to do and how to find a job?? This is sad!! OK sorry for being sarcastic!! I would first look around the Internet, and the local newspapers. Talk to your MBA bodies and teachers. Are their any employment agencies in your area? Good luck
