What is the job market like in The Woodlands, TX?

I am considering moving to the woodlands within the next few months or so. I have a bachelor's degree in business management and I'm 25. I'm wondering what kind of outlook I'll have for that area. I'm trying to stay away from downtown on weekdays if you know what I mean. Is the job market pretty good in the woodlands area or are all the jobs closer to the city?
