actuary question...?

so i am currently going into my 3rd year undergrad getting a degree in actuarial math minor econ... my plans are to get an actuarial masters, a statistics masters and a statistics PhD...all while taking my exams... im sitting for the first exam this november and the second exam (hopefully) next spring... what are my prospects for a job out of college with at least 2 possibly 3 exams under my belt? i currently live in michigan but i am interested in working in chicago, il... or some place warmer... where are the best companies located? will i be too over-qualified with a PhD? Also, what are good summer jobs to have that look better on a resume than a waitressing job? I live in an area where it isn't that big of a city, so the closest actuaries are in detroit...over an hour away... Any other tips would be helpful too! Thanks!
