What should i be Special Forces Or 82 Airborne?

Although im only 13 i want to join to serve my country and protect it.

Airborne operations are often the first step after a regular military grunt on the way to be a Special Forces Green Beret. You also have to receive Airborne training to be a Green Beret. It is required. The Silver Wings you see on their uniforms are Airborne badges... More

Generally speaking, most soldiers serve with the 82nd before they go Special Forces, mostly to get the operational experience....get thier feet wet ,so to speak. But it doesn't HAVE to be done that way.
