If the immigration reform bill passes, as GW says it will, should there be a taxpayer revolt in America?

Shortsightedness seems to be the new American way. There are ramifications to every change in policy. Hard-working Americans are forced by law to comply with all laws and regulations in a seemingly never-ending cycle of demands and deadlines---"do it now, or else!" should be the American creedo, and not "E Pluribus Unum."
