Security Guard question....?

I am interviewing for a security officer position for Allied Barton (you may know them they are a pretty big company). My question is what kind of training are they given and and what is the training program like i.e. physical fitness tests or anything like that? I know that they are trained in cpr and some other things like that....I also saw one of the officers slim jimming a car for a lady who locked her keys inside. P.S. I asked this question and got a bunch of really crappy answers, so please only serious answers this time around.
