What is the best way to demonstrate these requirements in a job application form? My mind has gone blank!!!?

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Ability to be flexible and work under pressure in a busy office environment using own initiative as required. The job is for a Finance and Administrative officer in a charity. Thanks in advance for the help.

um, bit confused by the question but examples of times you have had to do these things, so if you currently prepare reports or chair meetings or deal with people on the phone say where and how you did these things, MAKE SURE YOUR CHECK YOUR SPELLING/GRAMMAR ON THE APPLICATION, nothing says 'good written communciation...
