What is the Labor Board rate of pay for employees working for a hotel as a house keeper?

Where I work, as a housekeeper, we are getting paid a mere three dollars per room cleaned. We are constantly being ignored when it comes time to talk about the pay raises. The work has increased but not the pay.I simply don't like to be taken advantage of nor do I like to see others. This hotel does not ave a sense of order about it. We can not talk to the owner because she is"To busy". But what she and others fail to realize is that without the housekeepers, the guest would check in to a filty room. We are considered the back bone of the hotel industry. I just wanted to know what when minimum wages went up as well as the cost of living, why didn't our wages go up as well. I have ask the question but no one has yet to provide me with a just answer. Can you help a sister out?
