A career in planning, organizing, and scheduling?

I'm really interested in this one thing, and I think there might be a career somewhere for it. I like to plan and coordinate events. Kind of like a wedding planner: plan and schedule different events and activities, but as a full time job. Does anyone know any kind of career like this (the title, please; and NOT a wedding planner) and maybe where you could be hired doing it? Thanks!
