Actually what is going on at BPO?

Good Evening! BPO's are hiring fresh graduates with fluency in English, willing to work in night shifts, willing to work with a team/as a team...Is it all for getting a job at a BPO? I am looking for a job in BPO sector...yes because..i am graduate..did a 6 months diploma in software technology course doing MBAIT with manipal uni.(last sem).. typing speed of 50 words/min..little accounts, base programming knowledge...uuhhhmmm etc. Is this qualification enough to get a job at a BPO? Can anybody tell me..which option is good for me inthis sector..your answers is kindly solicited..

u see.they are only interchanging information with others.means giving informations to other customers of another company with whome they have colaboration. according to me this is not a creative u go with ur interesting fields.
