Is Computer Science and Law a good mix?

I have a computer science degree and 6 years of software development experience and was considering career change. I've done some reading and I feel like getting a law degree would be advantageous since I have a background in computing technology. I am not really interested in patent law but I think I would be interested in policy development related to computing technology (net neutrality ...). Plus I think with the global economy software developers maybe a dime a dozen

It is no better than a degree in English or any other subject matter. I had a degree in CS, was director of IT and went back to get a law degree.
