How do I picket or protest an unjust company?

I am a real estate agent in the central valley, ca. The company I worked for Help U sell Manteca, is trying to screw me out of my commission check. I didn't want to work for the company so moved to century 21 because Help U sell Company was becoming a horrible environment to work for. They closed their Tracy and Lathrop office and moved all the employees to one single office this created huge concerns for me so I decided it was time to move offices. I had a home in escrow prior to me moving because I voluntary switched companies they want to lower my commission to 1/6 what it should be had I stayed with the company. I am filing a grievence through my board of realtors but it will be a long while until I get the commission check that is rightfully mine. Do you think it would be effective to protest infront of the building. I thought about getting a sign that said "Beware Help U Sell" I want to let the community know that they are s*******s. Can someone help me

If you want to keep your current job I wouldn't do it. Instead you could sue the company if they really owe you money still.
