How to become an insurance approved construction contractor?
I am running a virtual office for a new construction company. Along with defining the company image, I need to help them network. What is the process for becoming an insurance approved construction company? Should I just begin by contacting each company on an individual basis? Or is there a site for general information? There's no web site, you have to contact each insurance company, but you'll LIKELY have to provide them with a performance bond!!! As a new construction company, you'll have to personally guarantee it. And likely, you can't afford it.
