Interview questions for Supervisor/Manager for Engineering Firm?

I have to answer a supervisory questionnaire for a management position in engineering via email. Typically, I am confident during interviews but would like some input/good vocab from the experienced individuals out there since this time a written answer is required. This way I can combine my answers with yours and hopefully I can get this job! The following are questions that the company is asking prior to the interview. Thank you in advance! 1. Describe supervisory experiences. 2. Describe your roles and responsibilities in new product development and/or support of an existing product. 3. Describe how you have built and led an effective team. How have you developed staff? 4. Describe the most recent difficult staff management problem you faced and the steps you took to resolve it. 5. Describe your experiences transferring designs into a manufacturing environment.
