How to deal with having a job and keeping up a house?

I have been suffering with depression for 6 years now..I finally have a full time job but recently my doctor cut my hours to 24..I cant handle a job and keeping my house clean and such..I dont know how people do it..I am on cymbalta, lorazepam, and a week ago he added depakote...I just get so overwhelmed I never get anything done and i just want to lie in bed..DOes anyone else go through this daily like me?

I'm sorry, but I feel Md's just give out meds without thinking about the adverse reactions to them. My MD has me on so many. I'm supposed to take 30 pills a day. I took myself off a lot of them. You just need to balance your time. There are many people who work during the week and make Saturday their official cleaning day. I am so sorry you have to go through this. It must be awful for you. I think it is to much medication. Sounds like the pills in combination my make you more tired than you need to be. get off of depakote this will turn you into a zombie .get with your doc. depakote is old news .as far as cleaning if i was sitting down then got up lets say ...to go to the restroom ..i would pick things up that were out of order to and from where i was going .a little can go a long way and i was headed that way anyway...
