How do I confront unfair management?
I work at a retail store part time. I am considered a customer service associate, but for some reason the management always picks on me to do the busy work. For instance, everyone will be sitting in the corner waiting for the customers and then all of a sudden I will get chosen to go and lace all the shoes or mop the breakroom or something. The thing is like the manager always says "I have to get my moneys worth" and "it you guys responsibility to keep the store neat clean and organized." So anyways I printed out everyone's job description (which all say "maintain a clean and neat store') and I am going to present them on the Saturday morning meeting, but I just wanted to know what else I should say.

Tell them you think it is everyones shared responsilibity... and if you are cleaning and a new customer comes in - you are less likely to get the sale.
