What is the best job in the navy seabees?

hi, Im about to join the navy and my final choices are between Heavy Equipment operator and as a welder. Can someone help me figure out which is a better choice. im looking for a position that allows me to work and not have to put up with most of the B.S that comes with joining the military..are the seabees even a good choice? thanks here are a few details that i didnt include in the original question. I got out of the marine about 3 years from an infantry unit..had fun time traveling but also dealt with a lot of unneccesary b.s. im looking to come bk into the Navy reserves and hopefully do better than last time. I just dont want to join the seabees and I end up spending the next few years in iraq . like i said..been there ...done that..just trying to do my research before i sign the papers. If you know a better job ..let me know!
