How do I access my own court records in Indiana?
Applying for a job that asks for records if I have ever been convicted of a misdemeanor. Minor consumption seven years ago, that I would like to fully disclose. The application asks for case numbers etc. How do I access this information?

Just go to the clerks office in the county where this happened armed with proper ID and they should be able to access that for you. www.indygov.org if you can't find it there - you will have plenty of #'s to call... ask them to email the files PDF to you. good luck with the job!!

If this took place as a minor you do not have to disclose it, and you shouldn't. Otherwise you should be able to got to the court house in which you where convicted and request the records from the clerks office.
