Help with Windows XP and User Profiles?

Hi everyone. I am the manager of a small business, and I'm having problems with my employees going through files and watching movies on the internet when they should be caring for our clients (mind you, this is NOT an office job....they arent supposed to even use the computer except for our program for clients). Anyways, I want to find a way to create a user profile that has NO access to the internet, and take out certain programs so they cannot use them. However, I want to have the computer administator (myself and the owner of the business) have access to ALL programs and internet. So my question is, how do i take out the internet and programs on a limited access account, but keep them available for the computer administrator? Any help asap would be greatly appreciated. AND please- no comments on how im a terrible boss because my employees arent allowed to use the internet at work, when they arent even allowed at the desk.
