What job is less stressful, easier, and has little responsibility, but gets a living wage?

Clerk, typist-clerk. What is your experience with these jobs? What other jobs can I consider? I only have a BA in Liberal Studies and a teaching credential. I want an office job now, something that lets me work a set time without bringing the work home. But how are office jobs like? Im very good at organizing. Do I have to get another BA in Business Administration? I just want a quiet office job that pays at least $2000 a month.
